There are different types of Panic Disorder Cures and the reasons for that are the following:

1- Panic disorder or anxiety disorder under DSM IV has many subcategories. Accordingly panic disorders are not all the same.

2- Response to a particular panic disorder cure might not be the same among patients even if they suffer from the same panic disorder type.

The types of panic disorder cures also differ by nature.

1- There are prgrams that help deal with a panic or anxiety attack. These help the patient deal with the attack when it occurs.

2- There are what are called panic disorder cures. The objective of such programs is to cure panic disorder totally. The main two subcategories of these types are natural anxiety cures and medication.

Although some view medication as not cure but rather a short term solution until the natural cure take effect. Anxiety natural cures have there own types as well:

1- Psychotherapy: Practitioners in this area follow different schools and theories to cure their panic disorder patients.

2- Natural Techniques that can include things like Yoga and NLP

3- Herbal cures: We must admit that we do not know much about this area as we have not conducted a good research about it.

You can find more information in our post “Panic Disorder Cures” and also you can check “How to control panic attacks

The fact whether it is good or bad that there are loads of programs and methods as anxiety solutions or panic cure can be a debatable subject. The real problem here is that all programs are making the same claims. There are even programs that are confused about their own claim. When we find a program that shows how to control panic attacks, and then the sales copy continue something in the lines of “This is the ultimate panic attack cure.”

A panic cure is for sure something totally different than a program that shows how to control panic attacks. The latter is a program that helps the patient with things to do either when a panic attack hits or when the first signs of the symptoms start appearing, thus preventing the attack from happening.

A panic cure on the other hand, is a method that will decrease the frequency of panic attacks until eventually they totally disappear.

This domain has become extremely confusing and in many cases misleading. A patient is driven to confusion regarding the claim at first, and then driven into another confusion when having to decide whether this program is credible or just another fake program.

We have conducted our own research and found a credible and effective panic anxiety treatment for you.

Early awareness of depressed moods when we may feel hopeless, helpless, lonely and afraid of the future is learn how to help ourselves if we wish to avoid taking medicinal drugs prescribed under medical treatment.

The first thing to do is to learn to relax. Relaxation is recommended everywhere today as recognition comes of the increase in nervous tension and stress related disorders in the community.

A relaxed state of mind and body is considered to be the natural human condition when both physiological and mental health and peaceful circumstances exist. But most of us suffer from some degree of stress related disorders.

Symptoms of anxiety range from mild discomfort that reflects in muscular tension habits, to chronic stress and acute panic attacks. Anxiety plays a crucial role in contributing to many psychosomatic illnesses. Even mild discomfort can cause us problems whether physically or psychologically, and can make us feel unwell, unhappy or depressed.  Severe stress can over time cause serious chronic physical or mental disturbance.

We each will tend to react quickly to anything considered a potential danger or threat. Then symptoms can begin – whether a dry mouth, quicker heart beat, butterflies in the stomach, sudden perspiration or erratic breathing rhythm or headache.

There are many ways to become free of stress. They include yoga, practising muscular relaxation techniques, Tai chi, by vigorous exercise programmes, breathing exercises, nutritional supplements, or by taking medicinal herbs.

We learn to cast off old habits and re-establish natural health that allows our emotions and minds to feel vital and positive.   We learn to feel well again, and it feels good.
